Terms of Delivery – On-Demand Charging Service

Please note: These terms apply exclusively to the EV Mobile service currently available in Finland.

  • You cannot cancel a service that has already been fully delivered.
  • You cannot cancel the service if its delivery has already begun.
  • In the case of refunds, the payment will be returned using the same payment method used in the original order.
  • If you wish to cancel the service, please contact us via email at asiakaspalvelu@evmobile.fi.

Payment Terms

Payment Service Provider

The payment service is provided by Paytrail Plc (business ID: 2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Plc will appear as the payment recipient on your bank statement or credit card bill and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Plc holds a license as a payment institution. In the event of a complaint, please contact the service provider directly.
