3. Purpose of Processing Personal Data
Personal data is processed for purposes related to managing, administering, and developing the customer relationship, delivering and improving services, and invoicing.
It is also used for handling complaints and legal claims.
Additionally, personal data may be used for customer communication, including newsletters and marketing (direct and electronic).
Customers have the right to opt out of direct marketing.
Data may be processed by subcontractors on behalf of the data controller.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
Personal data is processed in accordance with the EU GDPR based on:
- Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a))
- Contractual necessity (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b))
- Legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f))
- The legitimate interest is based on a relevant relationship between the customer and the company.
5. Data Categories
The register includes the following personal data:
- Basic and contact information: first name, last name, address, phone number, email, date of birth (when placing an order)
- Professional data: organization and position/title
- Marketing permissions and restrictions
6. Regular Sources of Data
Data is collected directly from the individual or from publicly available sources relevant to the customer relationship.
7. Data Retention
Data is retained only as long as necessary for its intended use.
Data is reviewed every 5 years and deleted no later than 6 years after the customer relationship ends.
For example, accounting records are kept for 5 years after the end of the fiscal year.
Inaccurate or outdated data is corrected or deleted as soon as possible.
8. Data Recipients and Disclosures
Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties.
9. Transfers Outside the EU/EEA
No personal data is transferred outside the EU or EEA.
10. Data Security
Personal data is stored in locked premises with access limited to authorized personnel.
Databases are protected by firewalls and technical safeguards.
Access is restricted via individual usernames and passwords.
Access logs are maintained.
All employees and subcontractors are bound by confidentiality agreements.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access your data and understand its use
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request data deletion under certain conditions
- Restrict data processing under certain conditions
- Data portability
- Object to processing (especially for marketing purposes)
